If you're looking for the most authentic Colombian flavors in Omaha, Columbia Para Todos. I started with a Pandebono that was perfectly warm and cheesy, then moved on to the Guava and Cheese Empanadas—the sweet and salty balance is 10/10. Even the breakfast eggs with chorizo hit the spot. Great energy, friendly staff, and the best fuel for anyone working in the OMA2 sector. Highly recommended.

If you have never had the coffee before. Try it. Hand roasted and toasted. Perfect balance of flavor and delicious . The raw sugar takes the best of it and multiplies it. The service is good. So next time you're in Oakview mall location. Stop in the food court you'll soon agree the big chains can hold a candle to this establishment.

Today's adventure took us from Des Moines to Omaha just to dine at this fantastic restaurant. Milena and her family are delightful, and the food was incredible. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch, and we can't wait to return soon!

Had lunch at this location on a Sunday and the food was excellent. The restaurant is in the Oakview Mall food court that has ample seating available. The staff were friendly and front counter has pictures of some of the items available. The full menu was on display but the screens cycle through so you either have to watch several times or scan a QR code to get to the full menu. We were offered a sample of their coffee which was great. It was lightly sweetened with a rich flavor. We started with 2 different empanadas, beef and Hawaiian. The outside shell is perfectly crisp on the outside and the dough tender. The beef empanada had a juicy shredded beef filling that was well seasoned. The Hawaiian empanada was also delicious with stringy cheese, ham and pineapple. We ordered the Bandeja Paisa which included a piece of grilled marinated skirt steak, chicharron(fried pork belly with the skin), a chorizo link, rice, beans, fried sweet plantain, fried egg and an arepa. The steak was delicious the marinade kept the meat juicy. The fried pork belly was crispy on the outside and the meat was tender. The chorizo was well seasoned, different from Mexican chorizos. The rice was well seasoned and the beans are excellent. The beans are a variety that I never tried before that are slightly larger than a pinto bean with a firmer texture. I love sweet plantains so it definitely rounded out the meal along with the griddled arepa. I would like to see the sweet plantains offered as a side. We also ordered the Calentado which is basically and combined version of the Bandeja Paisa minus the steak. Rice, beans, sliced chorizo and fried pork belly are combined together and the flavors meld perfectly. If you want a different version of the Bandeja Paisa that you can just dig into and enjoy the Calentado is for you. We also ordered the La Golosa Burger. The burger was delicious and definitely different from your standard burger fare. The patty was moist and juicy topped with a fried egg, cheese, sweet plantain, with lettuce, onion and a creamy sauce. Although it seems like a lot of competing flavors everything really does come together for a flavorful bite. The fries and creole potatoes made for a great side, especially the creole potato which had a creamy texture on the outside like I haven't experienced before in a potato. I would like to see the creole potatoes available as an additional side item on the menu. We were also offered a hot chocolate to try which was excellent, creamy in texture and rich in flavor definitely different and better than the packet hot chocolate I usually drink. The soursop fruit juice was refreshing with a sweet slightly tangy flavor that gives tropical vibes. The pricing is fair given this is freshly prepared sit down restaurant quality food that just so happens to be in an easily accessible food court. Overall, we will definitely return to try more of the menu along with the items we already tried. This is a great place to experience some delicious Colombian food if you haven't tried it before.
